Welcome to Laravel. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for our flooring installation services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a flooring service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming any project.

2. Services Offered

We offer professional installation of hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, and carpet flooring. All installations are subject to a pre-site inspection and client approval.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All quotes provided are estimates and may change upon final measurement.
  • A deposit of 50% is required before any work begins. The balance is due upon completion.
  • Payments can be made via cash, cheque, or digital transfer.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the work area is cleared of furniture and other obstructions before our arrival.
  • Provide access to electricity and a water source during the installation.
  • Secure pets and children away from the work zone for safety.

5. Installation Schedule

All schedules are estimates and subject to delays due to material availability or unforeseen conditions (e.g., moisture issues, subfloor damage).

6. Warranty

We offer a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of installation. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and may vary by brand.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden damages, or problems arising from improper maintenance after installation.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits may be forfeited for last-minute cancellations.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
